Hi Ya'll
I promised my Aunt Jenna ; ) that I would post my recipe for my rolls yesterday so I am late...Sorry!
I also just want to send a shout out to her that I love her lots and I am so grateful she took the weekend to drive up with my mom and sister for a visit. Love you all lots!

2 to 2 1/4 C Flour
1 envelope rapid rise yeast
2 TBSP Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 C Milk
1/4 C Water
2 TBSP Butter

Combine:
3/4 C Flour
Undissolved Yeast
sugar
salt
In another Bowl combine:
Milk
Water
Butter
Heat Mixture in microwave unit very warm, Add to flour mixture. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Add 1/4 C flour, continue to beat adding remaining flour. Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic (8-10 minutes)
Let rest for 10 minutes.
Divde dough into 12 equal pieces. shape into balls. Place in greased 8-inch round pan. Cover. Let rise about 30 minutes. (I turn the oven on to 170, and they rise in half the time)
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until golden on top.
YUM!
